Team Leader

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trades Team Leader to join Mansfield District Council?s Housing Repairs team.

�Based within the Housing Repairs and Assets service, the post holder will play a key role in the delivery of void property repairs and improvements. You will take the lead and be responsible for the supervision and organisation of a team of trade operatives and sub-contractors to ensure homes are re-let to decent homes standards.

�You will work as part of a team in the delivery of work planning and job allocation to trade operatives and will be required to monitor performance against set targets and priorities that are within budget to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service. This will involve property inspections, checking works on site and liaison with service users, contractors and other relevant bodies.
